Banzo has built a loyal following in Madison, WI through its restaurant, food carts, and now its grocery store products, and the ask for this shoot reflected that range. We needed imagery covering three distinct sides of the Banzo brand: their catering services, their take-home meal options, and their packaged products available on grocery store shelves. The goal was a cohesive lifestyle photography set that could support all three of these offerings at once, giving Banzo flexible content across their marketing.
The Challenge
Shooting three different outlets for one brand in a single project meant constantly resetting the scene.
Catering imagery needed to feel abundant and event-ready, take-home options needed to feel convenient and craveable for a weeknight dinner, and grocery products needed clean, retail-ready shots that would stand out on a shelf. Moving between all three throughout the shoot meant staying organized and intentional about lighting and styling so every image still felt unmistakably Banzo, no matter which outlet it was representing.
The Result
We built the shoot around each outlet's real-world context. For catering, we styled generous spreads that captured the abundance and shareability Banzo is known for. For take-home options, we leaned into a more everyday, lifestyle feel, showing the food the way it actually shows up on a Madison dinner table. For the grocery store products, we shifted to clean, well-lit product photography that highlights the packaging and makes the products pop on a shelf.
Switching between these setups throughout the day let us capture a well rounded content library in one efficient shoot, without sacrificing the specific look each outlet needed to do its job.The final imagery gave Banzo a versatile lifestyle photography library that speaks to every way Madison enjoys the brand.
